Tribute to VP-19 “Big Red”

My latest design is a tribute to my father and his last patrol squadron assignment. I remember the Big Red bird on the tails of the P-3 Orions that VP-19 flew when we lived at NAS Moffett Field, near Sunnyvale and Mountain View in California.

I have fond memories of our time at Moffett Field and I felt that others would like a design featuring VP-19’s insignia. Although the squadron is now deactivated, I know there were plenty of folks who served in its ranks.

The first item available with this design can be found at my Zazzle storefront.
